Excellent speedy service extra shelves supplied promptly kept up to date with delivery
Excellent product, I have used BigDug before and had no hesitation in ordering shelving again for my garage. Good quality product, good service and delivered as quickly as I needed it. Thoroughly recommended.
Product I ordered was discontinued but was reflected on their website.Came up the substitution that was better than my original purchase and arrived a week earlier than projected.Really good customer service and high quality product
Top quality shelving, easy to assemble and prompt delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending BigDug.
Arrived in two deliveries on two different days,after minor things missing, which was down to handling in transit because both ends of box was open,received missing parts next day,with different courier.
I messaged the company with a query today and the service I recieved blew me away. Whoever I was talking to was an absolute gem. They went above and beyond to fix my problem, were sympathetic, patient and made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. Thank you BiGDUG!
Placed an order 16th October for 23 October delivery ( this came with an additional charge) delivery didn't happen - told "the warehouse has it out for delivery on the 30th". To be fair I was reimbursed surcharge30th October came and went, called at 1530 hrs for delivery update - was informed " I was last delivery would be with me at 1700 hrs" 1730 hrs I called as no delivery - got voicemail office closed.3 phone calls later I tracked courier down to be told "vehicle has broken down" negotiated a AM delivery today - nothing happenedWill be calling Monday seeking immediate refund - you can order product on Amazon
I shopped around and Big Dug was about the most competitive. One part arrived damaged, probably in transit. A replacement arrived the next day.
Bought a set of racking shelves with a workbench for the garage. Very good value and actually arrived a few days ahead of predicted delivery too.Instructions were easy to follow and managed to construct most of it alone.Would recommend to anyone looking for good value shelving.
